1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TBJ Trucking website and application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TBJ Trucking provides an internal operations platform for managing employee schedules, route assignments, payroll information, company communications, and employment documents. The public website provides company information and accepts job applications.

3. User Accounts

Employee accounts are created by TBJ Trucking management. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify management immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your login credentials with any other person
  • Access accounts, data, or areas of the Service that you are not authorized to access
  • Use the Service for any purpose other than TBJ Trucking business operations
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Copy, distribute, or disclose any confidential company information obtained through the Service

5. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and using the Service, you consent to receive SMS messages from TBJ Trucking related to your employment, including but not limited to schedule notifications, route assignments, and company announcements.

Message frequency: Varies based on operational needs, typically 1-5 messages per week.
Message and data rates may apply.

Text STOP to opt out of non-essential messages at any time. You will receive a confirmation message. Operational messages related to your assigned schedule during active employment are not subject to opt-out.

6. Employment Information

Information submitted through the Service, including onboarding forms, schedule acknowledgments, and handbook signatures, constitutes official employment records. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information you submit.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its contents, including software, design, and text, are the property of TBJ Trucking. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TBJ Trucking does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TBJ Trucking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

TBJ Trucking may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination of employment, your access to the Service will be revoked.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miller County, Arkansas.
